Double Diagonal 2007

On Saturday, August 25, 2007, the SwimAnything team completed a 45 mile "double diagonal" from the northeast corner to the southwest corner of Lake Tahoe to Emerald Bay and back again.  In doing so, we raised nearly $10,000 for the National Brain Tumor Foundation and the League to Save Lake Tahoe.  For pictures, press and other details, please click here.

UltraSwim Tahoe 2006

In the inaugural SwimAnything event in August 2006, John and Matt completed the first-ever swim around the perimeter of Lake Tahoe. For more information, click on the logo to the left.   

 

 

 

FINA Masters World Championships 2006

Prior to commencing their 2006 swim around Lake Tahoe, John and Matt competed in the 2006 FINA Masters Swimming WorldChampionships. In the 100 meter breaststroke, John placed fourth and Matt placed twelfth in the world for the 26-29 year old age group. In the 50 meter breaststroke two days later, Matt placed second and John placed third in the world for the 26-29 year old age group (with times separated by only 2/100ths of a second).
